FAQ
What ages do you work with?
We work with children from early childhood through the teen years.
Where do you provide services?
We serve families throughout Colorado. Services may take place in your home, at school, or in community settings, depending on what works best for your child and what’s available in your area.
What does therapy look like day to day?
Sessions are built around real-life skills. That can include communication during play, daily routines, transitions, or social interactions. Therapy is structured but flexible, and always guided by your child’s pace and comfort.
How do you get to know my child?
We start by building trust. Our team takes time to learn how your child communicates, what motivates them, and what helps them feel secure. That understanding shapes everything we work on together.
How involved are parents in the process?
Parents are an essential part of the team. We keep communication open, share progress regularly, and make sure you understand what we’re working on and why. We also offer learning sessions just for parents, where we walk through what we’re doing in therapy and show you how to use those same strategies with your own child at home and in daily life.
Parents are our partners
We know how important it is for parents to be involved. We share clear, specific updates so you understand what your child is working on, why it matters, and how therapy is helping.
Week 1
“Today, Ella stayed in the room with Chelsey for the full session and followed her lead during play. When we started, she needed frequent breaks. Feeling safe and regulated is the foundation for everything we’ll work on together. This is great progress.”
Week 3
“Ella transitioned into session without yelling today and with only one reminder. She’s starting to anticipate the routine and seems more comfortable knowing what to expect. Predictability makes a huge difference, and we’re seeing that here.”
Week 7
“This week, Ella used her communication skills during a session that included a small routine change. She’s applying skills when things aren’t exactly the same. We’re seeing more flexibility in how she handles small delays!”
